The Backstory

When AWS Market made their online debut in 2016, it was applauded by customers as “an innovative move”. The e-Commerce website features the company’s wide variety of fresh groceries and doubles as a platform for customer loyalty.

AWS Market has always stood for simplicity in design; Eideas continued to apply this principle to the evolution of the brand, introducing a refined design system along with a new logo and a reengineered site.

Customer Happiness

The logo and design elements - the new logo incorporates a portmanteau of a shopping cart icon and the “@” symbol for AWS Market’s logomark design. Besides being a representation of the Internet and connection, the look of “@” coincides with the appearance of the letter “a”, which is the first letter of AWS Market. The color palette was simplified to three colors: mustard, brown and white.

The site - Eideas set out to create a site that inspires and showcases groceries, while easily moving shoppers through purchase—especially those seeking to replenish their refrigerator. The site puts quality first, just like what AWS Market stands for.

The tone – Eideas’ marketing team came up with a new way of communicating with customers. “Best way to eat fresh without getting dressed” became AWS Market’s tagline, reflecting the company’s business model while still retaining its warm personality.

“AWS Market is always looking for new ways to offer our customers high quality products and more convenience. Eideas’ rebranding helped us reach more customers so that we can provide them with an easier way to shop.”
